Help
Short guides for owners, managers and workers.
Getting started
- Set up your farmCreate your organization, add your locations, and try everything on the sample farm first if you like.
- Add a machine and its maintenanceEach machine gets a service schedule. Start from the recommended list and tick what you want reminders for.
- Print QR stickersPut a sticker on every machine. Scanning it with a phone camera opens that machine: do the next job, log hours, or report a problem.
- Add managers and workersInvite people with a link, or give workers without email a sign-in badge they scan.
Every day
- Do a jobTick what you actually did. Only the ticked services start over — anything left unticked stays due.
- Working with no signalBarns and fields often have no signal. You can still finish jobs, log hours and report problems — they send themselves later.
- Report a problemNoise, leak, damage, won't start? Report it in a few seconds so a manager can decide what to do.
- Log hours and milesHour and mile readings keep hour-based service on time. A quick reading every week or two is enough.
For owners and managers
- Parts and the shopping listKeep track of filters, oil and belts on the shelf. Finishing a job takes its parts out of stock, and low parts go on the shopping list.
- Reports, PDFs and sharing a service recordSee what maintenance cost, per machine and per month, and give a buyer or dealer a read-only copy of a machine's record.
- Email alerts and the morning summaryGet an email right away when a machine goes down, and a short summary at 7 AM of what's due. Each person chooses for themselves.
Still stuck? Ask your farm's owner or manager — they can see everything you can, and more.
