Add a machine and its maintenance

Each machine gets a service schedule. Start from the recommended list and tick what you want reminders for.

1. 1Open Equipment and tap Add equipment.
2. 2Give it a name, pick its type (tractor, vacuum pump, truck…) and, if you know them, the make, model and year.
3. 3Say whether it has an hour meter or odometer, and type the current reading. That's what keeps hour-based service on time.
4. 4Under Recommended maintenance, each card is one service. Keep Remind ticked for the ones you want, adjust how often, and choose how early to be warned.
5. 5Tap Save equipment. Jobs are created by themselves when each service comes due.
