MachineCue is run by Idaho Web Products, in Idaho, USA. This page explains what information MachineCue keeps, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell your information and we don't show ads.
What we keep
Account details: your name, email address, language, and a securely scrambled password. Workers who sign in with a badge have a name only — no email.
Your farm's records: machines, meter readings, service schedules, jobs and checklists, notes, photos, manuals, problem reports, parts, costs and bills that your team enters.
Technical information: sign-in times, the device's internet address and basic logs, used to keep accounts secure (for example, to stop someone guessing badge codes) and to fix problems.
On your phone: MachineCue saves pages you opened and anything finished without signal, so it works in the barn. Small cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and farm.
How we use it
To run MachineCue for your organization: show what's due, create jobs, send the alerts and morning summaries each person chose, and keep your records.
To keep it secure and working, and to answer you when you write to us.
We don't use your farm's records for advertising, and we don't sell or rent any of your information.
Who can see it
Only people in your organization, according to the role and locations the owner gives them. Each organization's records are kept separate from every other organization's.
If an owner or manager makes a share link for a machine's service record, anyone with that link can see that one machine's record, until the link is switched off or expires. Shared records never show people's names or photos.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Companies that help us run MachineCue
Supabase stores the database, sign-ins and files (servers in Canada). Netlify hosts the website. Resend delivers email.
These companies only process information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as your organization uses MachineCue. Service history is meant to last — it's the record of your machines.
If you ask us to delete your account or your organization, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep by law. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
Your choices
You can see and correct your own name and language in My settings, and turn email alerts and summaries on or off.
Owners and managers can download their records as CSV or PDF at any time from Reports.
To get a copy of your information, or to have it deleted, write to support@machinecue.com.
Security
Information travels encrypted. Files are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links. Every request is checked against the person's organization, role and locations.
No system is perfect. If we learn of a problem that affects your information, we'll tell you.
Children, changes and contact
MachineCue is made for businesses and is not meant for children under 16.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell account owners before it takes effect.
