Terms of use
Last updated October 31, 2026
These terms are the agreement between your organization and Idaho Web Products, which runs MachineCue. By creating an account or using MachineCue, you agree to them.
Your account
The person who creates an organization is its owner and decides who joins, their role and where they work. Owners are responsible for the people they add and for removing access when someone leaves.
Keep passwords and badges safe. If a badge is lost, make a new one from Team — the old one stops working.
Your records are yours
Your organization owns the records it puts into MachineCue. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
You can export your records at any time.
Maintenance and safety
MachineCue helps you plan and record maintenance. Recommended schedules are a starting point — always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety rules for each machine.
You remain responsible for how your equipment is maintained and operated, and for the safety of the people who work on it.
Fair use
Don't use MachineCue to break the law, to access other organizations' information, to upload harmful files, or to overload or attack the service.
We may suspend accounts that do, to protect other customers.
Plans and fees
MachineCue is a paid monthly subscription, priced by the number of machines you track; users are unlimited. Current prices are on our website.
If you add more machines than your plan covers, your plan moves up automatically and the difference is prorated. It never drops below the plan you choose.
A new farm's first payment includes a one-time $50 setup fee, which covers 25 QR stickers mailed to the farm. More stickers can be ordered in packs of 25 for $50 each.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MachineCue running and your records safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We improve the app often and may change or retire features.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell account owners before it takes effect.
Limits of responsibility
MachineCue is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Idaho Web Products is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost production, crops or profits, or equipment damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending, law and contact
You can stop using MachineCue at any time and ask us to delete your organization. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
