Print QR stickers
Put a sticker on every machine. Scanning it with a phone camera opens that machine: do the next job, log hours, or report a problem.
- 1Open Equipment and tap Print QR stickers.
- 2All machines are picked. Untick any you don't need, or choose one location.
- 3Choose large (3 across) or small (4 across) and tap Print.
- 4Stick each one where people will see it — near the hour meter is a good spot.
Good to know
- Use weatherproof label paper, or cover the sticker with clear packing tape.
- Only people on your team can open the machine. A stranger who scans it just sees a sign-in page.
