Report a problem
Noise, leak, damage, won't start? Report it in a few seconds so a manager can decide what to do.
- 1Scan the machine's sticker and tap Report a problem (or open the machine and find the same button).
- 2Say in a few words what's wrong, and choose how bad it is: can wait, fix soon, or machine down.
- 3Add a photo if it helps. Tap Send report.
- 4Managers get it right away. "Machine down" also marks the machine as down and sends an urgent alert.
Good to know
- Problems already reported on that machine are listed under the button, so you don't report the same thing twice.
