Parts and the shopping list

Keep track of filters, oil and belts on the shelf. Finishing a job takes its parts out of stock, and low parts go on the shopping list.

1. 1Open Parts and tap Add part. Give it a name, unit, cost, and a reorder point (when to buy more).
2. 2On a machine's service, use + Add a part to this service to say what it normally uses.
3. 3When someone finishes the job, the usual parts are filled in under Parts used. They can change the amounts.
4. 4Parts at or below their reorder point show on the Shopping list. Print it or save it as a PDF.
