Reports, PDFs and sharing a service record

See what maintenance cost, per machine and per month, and give a buyer or dealer a read-only copy of a machine's record.

1. 1Open Reports (only the owner sees costs and Reports). Choose the period and location.
2. 2The By machine table shows jobs, repairs, costs and cost per engine hour.
3. 3Use Save as PDF to print or email it, or Download CSV (Excel) for a spreadsheet.
4. 4To share one machine's record: open the machine, find Share the service record, choose what to show (costs, notes, serial number) and how long the link works, then copy the link.
